GARDENER / LANDSCAPER - (02 Positions)
Duty Station:
Bagamoyo
Job Purpose: The Gardener will be responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of the college grounds, gardens, flowers, lawns, and overall green environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To plant, water, prune, weed, and nurture flowers, trees, lawns, and decorative plants.
- To maintain landscape beauty, campus cleanness, and green areas.
- To safely operate and maintain gardening tools, lawnmowers, and equipment.
- To identify and report plant diseases or pests and apply appropriate care.
- To assist in general outdoor maintenance as needed.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, Gardening, or proven practical skills/experience in flower care, landscaping, and garden design.
- Experience in planting, watering, pruning, trimming, applying fertilizers, and maintaining flowers, lawns, and trees will be an added advantage.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The applicant with experience of working not less than 2 years in the same position,
