- Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE)
- At least four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including two passes in Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Engineering Sciences, Basic Mathematics, Agriculture Science and Geography
- National Vocation Award (NVA) III/Trade Test I in Animal Health with Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE).
