Duty Station: Bagamoyo
1. Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver competency-based training (CBT) in accordance with VETA standards
- Ensure safety standards are maintained in workshops and classrooms
- Conduct continuous assessment and maintain students’ records
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and training materials
- Supervise students during practical training sessions
- Participate in curriculum development and review
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Possession of Technical Teacher Training Certificate (TTTC) or VETA Instructor Training is an added advantage
- Holder of a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management or equivalent in relevant field
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in the respective discipline.
- Minimum of 1–2 years teaching or industry experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
